dopo averlo installato non si avvia, lanciandolo da terminale ottengo:

Ciao tuaregrally, sembra che il problema sia legato alla configurazione della tua scheda Audio.

ho risolto aggiungendo un banco di ram da 1GB, ora ho 1GB+1GB. Grazie per l'aiuto.
